One has to remember .... In rhinoplasty getting the nose bridge up or low is not as complicated as getting the nose tip in the right proportion. I personally take a great deal of care and concentration in getting the nasal tip as balanced as possible. There is no such thing as the perfect nose tip of perfect nose shape, buy as a surgeon I strive to get the best possible results that I can get. As you all have seen in all my before and after rhinoplasty results, My nose tips are always more enhanced post surgery. As a matter of fact, I spend majority of my surgical time in getting the nose tip in the right proportion
The two surgeries are different types as one surgery is about reducing the nasal bridge hump while the other one is about increasing the height. In both the nose tip have also been addressed to give a more balanced nose. The nose would not have looked attractive if the tip was not managed. That’s why It’s important that one looks and treats the nose as a whole and not just alar reduction or nose hump reduction
